This notice covers the two forms on this site — the waitlist sign-up and the contact form. It is a plain-language starting point, not a substitute for legal advice; see the note at the bottom before this site goes live.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the reason for contact you select, and your message.
Why we collect it
To let you know when Pluswear launches, and to respond to whatever you’ve written to us about. We do not use this information for anything else, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider’s form-handling service. We recommend naming that provider here once hosting is finalised (for example, Netlify).
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and contact submissions until launch communications are complete, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email hello@pluswear.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
Before this goes live: this page is a plain-language placeholder, not a legal document. The UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law (and equivalent rules elsewhere in the GCC) sets specific requirements for notices like this. Have it reviewed by counsel before launch, and update the storage section once your hosting and forms provider is confirmed.
